REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

General

All products are made on demand after an order is placed. Because of this production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Eligible Return Cases

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • the product arrives damaged during shipping
  • the product contains a manufacturing or printing defect
  • the wrong item was delivered

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return Request Procedure

Before sending any product back, you must contact us using the return request form and provide:

  • order number
  • email used for the purchase
  • description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the defect or problem

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once the request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions if a return is required.

Resolution Process

Our primary solution is to provide a replacement product.

If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds may be processed after the returned product has been received or after sufficient proof of the issue has been provided.

Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is caused by a defect, damage, printing error, or incorrect item, return or replacement shipping costs are covered by the seller.
  • If a shipment is returned due to non-collection or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for all actual shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Size Responsibility

All items are produced on demand. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the size guide provided on each product page.

Returns or exchanges based solely on sizing issues are not accepted.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and include photos of the product and packaging.

If a shipment appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if confirmed lost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider after the refund has been initiated.
