If there’s something wrong with your order, we’ll make it right.
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns due to change of mind or sizing issues. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
When can an item be replaced or refunded?
We’ll replace or refund your item if:
• the product is damaged or defective
• there is a printing error
• you received the wrong item
How to request a return
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order using our return request form.
After approval, you’ll receive further instructions by email.
Shipping
If the issue is confirmed, we cover the shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs in other approved cases.
Refunds
We primarily send a replacement item.
If a replacement isn’t possible, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
